As the daughter of a Royal Canadian Air Force Corporal I travelled extensively as a young girl and lived in Canada’s most beautiful cities, including Halifax, Ottawa, Vancouver, Montreal, and Toronto. As a teenager, I discovered a love of the fine arts and went on to graduate from the New York School of Interior Design. I also hold a BA in Religious Studies from the University of Waterloo.
I enjoy my hobbies of genealogy, writing, and history, especially French history. I am passionate about the city of Paris.
I am the mother of a grown daughter, Laura, and I welcomed my first grandchild, a beautiful little granddaughter named Claire, on June 27, 2010.
